1. General provisions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the website https://tlumaczenieprzysiegle24.pl and providing services electronically by tlumaczenieprzysiegle24.

  • Browsing translation services offer
  • Sending documents for quote
  • Contact via contact form
  • Placing orders for sworn translations

3. Technical requirements

Using the service requires:

  • Device with Internet access
  • Web browser
  • Active email account
  • Enabled JavaScript and cookies support

4. Order placement process

  1. Client submits documents via online form
  2. Service provider prepares quote and sends it to Client's email
  3. Client confirms order and makes payment
  4. Service provider executes translation
  5. Client picks up finished translation in person or by courier

5. File submission

Accepted file formats: PDF, JPG, PNG. Maximum file size: 20 MB.

Submitted files are stored for 48 hours from receipt or until order completion.

6. Prices and payments

All prices shown on the website are gross prices (include VAT).

Accepted payment methods: Przelewy24, BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Karta płatnicza, Przelew tradycyjny.

7. Delivery

Sworn translations are issued only in paper form with original translator's signature and stamp.

Pickup methods:

  • Personal pickup in Kraków (by prior arrangement)
  • Courier shipment within Poland

8. Complaints

Complaints regarding services should be submitted to email: kontakt@tlumaczenieprzysiegle24.pl or in writing to the registered address.

Complaints are processed within 14 days from receipt date.

9. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data are defined in the Privacy Policy.

10. Final provisions

The Service Provider reserves the right to change these Terms. Users will be informed of changes on the website.

Matters not covered by these Terms shall be governed by Polish law.
